The Hood & Tassel Society
The Hood & Tassel Society, formed in 2006, honors Chatham University’s most loyal donors at any level to the unrestricted Annual Fund. This giving society is unique as it recognizes donors at all levels with consecutive years of giving. Membership begins after five years of unrestricted giving to the University and donors are recognized for continued dedication to Chatham University.
The three levels of The Hood & Tassel Society are:
Magna Cum Laude – Consecutive giving between 5 and 9 years
Summa Cum Laude – Consecutive giving between 10 and 14 years
Honoris Causa - Consecutive giving of 15 years or more; lifetime members
